Welcome to GROW CIG (Grow Common Initiative Group). By accessing or using growcig.com, registering as a member, or participating in our savings, Njangi, or loan services, you agree to the following terms.

Membership in GROW CIG is open to individuals who complete our registration process and agree to abide by our Articles of Association and internal rules. Members must provide accurate personal information, including a valid national ID, and pledge to honour their financial and business obligations to the group.

All savings contributions, Njangi cycles, and loan agreements are governed by GROW CIG's Articles of Association and internal rules and regulations, as approved by the General Assembly. Loan approval, repayment terms, and interest are determined by the group's governing rules and may be reviewed or updated from time to time.

Members are expected to attend meetings, honour financial commitments, and act with honesty and diligence in all group activities. Failure to honour financial obligations, repeated absence from meetings, or actions detrimental to the group may result in expulsion, in accordance with Article 5.2 of our Articles of Association.

A member may withdraw from GROW CIG by notifying the group in writing at least three months in advance, provided all debts owed to the group are settled and group property is returned, as set out in our Articles of Association.

GROW CIG reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes reflected on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, including Law No. 92/006 of 14 August 1992 relating to cooperative societies and common initiative groups, and its implementing decrees.
